It’s registered for per-defined objects or activity Other Business Activities as per Activity Code mentioned under Company CIN Number U74999TG2022PTC169626 and  having its registered office at 1st floor, Plot No:13, Suryodaya Nagar Colony, Road No.6, Lb Nagar, TVS Showroom Lane, Hyderabad, India (“NR12 Brands”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website: WWW.NR12BRANDSSHOP.COM, WWW.NR12BRANDSSHOP.IN  (“NR12 BRANDS”),  and the mobile application NU deal ( is collectively referred to as the “Platforms”) through which NR12 BRANDS facilitates the sale and purchase of a diverse range of fashion, home, lifestyle and other products and services listed on and sold on the Platforms from time to time  (“Products”) to the users of the Platforms (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).  The term User/User(s) means any individual or entity which uses, accesses or browses the Platform and/or purchases Products from the Platform.

Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of the service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services. These Terms and various other policies are binding as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.

Every time you wish to use our Platforms, please check these Terms of Use to     ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. Further, please note that we reserve the right to either change the format and the content of the Platforms or suspend the operation of the Platforms for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason, at any time.

2.3 The accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platforms indicates your agreement to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines that may be applicable to the Platforms at the time of your access and usage of the Platforms and which may be updated from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”).

2.4 We authorise you to view and access the Platforms solely for identifying Products, carrying out purchases of Products and processing returns and refunds, in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy. We therefore grant you a limited, revocable permission to access and use the Services.

2.5 By accepting this Agreement, you affirm that you are 18 (Eighteen) years of age or above and are fully competent to enter into this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. If a user is below 18 (Eighteen) years of age, it is assumed that he/she is using/browsing the concerned Platform under the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian and that such user’s parent or legal guardian has read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, including the terms of purchase of Products on behalf of the minor user. In the event we are made aware that a user is under the age of 18 and is using/browsing the Platform without the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian, we reserve the right to deactivate such user’s account without further notice. Further, if you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that such entity accepts this Agreement.

3.     Registration Of User Account, Password, And Security

In order to purchase Products on the Platforms and/or avail Services thereof, you will have to register on the Platform. Registration is a one-time process and is free of cost.

You may register on NUdeal in one of the following ways:

a. Creating an NUdeal account: by providing the relevant information for the creation of your account on NU deal and after filling in the necessary forms and providing the necessary details as may be required by us at the time of your registration. Following this, an account will be created by NR12 Brands for you.

b. Using a third-party account: you may use the login credentials of the account maintained by you with a NU deal third-party (illustratively, Google or Facebook), in which case you will also be subject to the relevant third-party terms and conditions applicable to such account.

You may register on NU deal on successful mobile OTP (One Time Password) verification and you will be eligible to further access and avail the Services after filling in the necessary forms and after providing the necessary details as may be required by us at the time of your registration. For placing an order, you should login to your account by completing the successful mobile OTP verification.

You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the log in credentials of your account on the Platforms and for restricting access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You shall remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account.

You will:

(a) immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of the account or any other security breach; and

(b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. We, our employees, agents, directors and officers will not be liable for any loss or direct or indirect damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms of Use. You may be held liable for any losses incurred to us or any other user due to unauthorized use of their account by you. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform(s), terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.

4.     Use of Website

Further, if you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that such entity accepts this Agreement.

Outline prohibited activities (e.g., hacking, uploading malicious content).

5.     Ordering Process

Listing and display of a Product by us on NU deal is our invitation to you to make an offer for purchase of such Product. Likewise, the placement of an order on NU deal by you is your offer to buy the Product(s) from us.

Once you have placed an order with us for purchase of a Product, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation is merely an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not signify our acceptance of your offer.

We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a Product ordered by you, when the Product is shipped or dispatched to you and an e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the Product has been shipped or dispatched to you (the “Shipment Confirmation”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever before sending Shipment Confirmation to you.

You acknowledge that there may be certain Products in your order whose actual quantity may not be known at the time of order placement (for example, fruits, vegetables, etc.). Such Products will therefore be invoiced based on the exact weight at the time of packaging and upon dispatch, our Shipment Confirmation will reflect such marginal variance in the quantity of the Product as against your original order and relevant adjustment in the invoice amount.

If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive separate Shipment Confirmations for each package, and each Shipment Confirmation and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between you and us for the Product(s) specified in that Shipment Confirmation.

Your contract is with us and you confirm that the Product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal / personal purpose and not for re-sale or business purpose. Please note that we sell Products only in quantities which correspond to the usual requirements of an average household. This applies both to the number of Products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same Product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.

You can cancel your order for a Product at no cost at any time before we send the Shipment Confirmation relating to that Product.

All orders placed on NU deal are subject to the availability of such Product, our acceptance of your offer as per the above and your continued adherence to these Terms of Sale.

You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the delivery of the purchased Products to you.

We list availability information for the Products on the relevant app of NU deal. Beyond what we say on that webpage or otherwise on NU deal, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any Products you order turn out to be unavailable or out of stock.

a.    Quantity restrictions

NU deal reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit / debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. NU deal also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.
However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items
Order placed by Cash on Delivery are restricted to a count of 5 orders per day with a maximum limit of 25 orders per month.
There are no restrictions to the maximum number of prepaid orders that can be placed in a day/month.

b.   Exactness not guaranteed

NU deal hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user.

c.    Pricing information

While NU deal strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. NU deal cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, NU deal shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, nr12brandsshop.com & nr12brandsshop.in may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and NU deal will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that NU deal accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to NU deal dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your account.

d.   Incase of mispricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation
We strive to provide you with best value. However, sometimes a price online may not match the price in a store in your particular geographic region and store pricing may sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

e.    Cancellation by NU deal

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card
We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured / charged. If however the same is charged to your card / bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. nr12brandsshop.com & nr12brandsshop.in reserves the right to capture / charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order

f.      Cancellation of fraudulent orders

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, nr12brandsshop.com & nr12brandsshop.in reserves the right to cancel pending and future orders without any liability. nr12brandsshop.com & nr12brandsshop.in also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website/app/chatbot and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

g.   Cancellations by the customer

You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. You may also exchange the merchandise or get a refund by returning the merchandise (with the exception of perishables, made to order, or items of personal hygiene such as under garments and cosmetics) in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 2 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns Policy. Bar Accessories does not accept returns or exchanges of jewellery, fragrances, cosmetics, sunglasses, innerwear (under garments), swimwear, gift vouchers.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by NU deal and accept NU deal decision regarding the cancellation.

6.      Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes.

7.     Payment and Billing

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or

Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between 'Bank/s', or

Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or Decline of transaction for any other     reason/s

All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform.

a)        Before shipping / delivering your order to you, Seller may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.

c)        Transactions, Transaction Price and all commercial terms such as Delivery, Dispatch of products and/or services are as per principal-to-principal bipartite contractual obligations between Buyer and Seller and payment facility is merely used by the Buyer and Seller to facilitate the completion of the Transaction. Use of the payment facility shall not render NU deal liable or responsible for the non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage, breach of representations and warranties, non-provision of after sales or warranty services or fraud as regards the products and /or services listed on NU deal Platform.

d)       You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by NU deal is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the NU deal Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, NU deal is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.

e)        Payment Facility for Buyers:

f)          You, as a Buyer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Seller to purchase the products and /or services from the Seller using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the Seller using Payment Facility.

g)        You, as a Buyer, may agree with the Seller through electronic communication and electronic records and using the automated features as may be provided by Payment Facility on any extension / increase in the Dispatch and/or Delivery time and the Transaction shall stand amended to such extent. Any such extension / increase of Dispatch / Delivery time or subsequent novation / variation of the Transaction should be in compliance with Payment Facility Rules and Policies.

h)        You, as a Buyer, shall electronically notify Payment Facility using the appropriate NU deal Platform features immediately upon Delivery or non Delivery within the time period as provided in Policies. Non notification by You of Delivery or non Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction. In case of Cash On Delivery transactions, Buyer is not required to confirm the receipt of products or services.

i)          You, as a Buyer, shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price (as Your sole and exclusive remedy) in case You do not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed in the Transaction or within the time period as provided in the Policies, whichever is earlier. In case you do not raise a refund claim using Platform features within the stipulated time than this would make You ineligible for a refund.

You, as a Buyer, understand that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain category of products and/or services and/or Transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence You may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and /or services

Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform, as chosen by You.

For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
