Returns
You have two calendar days to return an item from the date you received the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present . The product with any gifts received must also be returned along with the product. 2 days return/replacement policy in case you have received a damaged, defective, wrong product or product with missing accessory.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. we are offering exchange policy.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to NU deal wallet. You will receive the credit within a 5 working days.
Exchange Policy

Eligibility
You may exchange an item within 2 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:
Contact us at customercare@nr12brandsshop.com to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or if they are customized or personalized. Additionally, sale or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange.
