NR12 BRANDS Marketing Private Limited, having its registered office at 1st floor, Plot No:13, Suryodaya Nagar Colony, Road No.6, Lb Nagar, TVS Showroom Lane, Hyderabad, India (“NR12 Brands”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website: WWW.NR12BRANDSSHOP.COM, WWW.NR12BRANDSSHOP.IN  (“NR12 BRANDS”),  and the mobile application NU deal ( is collectively referred to as the “Platforms”) through which NR12 BRANDS facilitates the sale and purchase of a diverse range of fashion, home, lifestyle and other products and services listed on and sold on the Platforms from time to time  (“Products”) to the users of the Platforms (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).  The term User/User(s) means any individual or entity which uses, accesses or browses the Platform and/or purchases Products from the Platform.

1.2.       NR12 BRANDS Marketing Private Limited and NUdeal are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with the NR12 BRANDS and NU deal TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms of Use”) and all other policies notified by us from time to time governs your use of the Platforms.  This Privacy Policy describes NR12 BRANDS Marketing Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively "NR12 Brands, we, our, us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your personal information through NUdeal app NUDEAL.IN. While you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us, however, please note we do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India. Your personal information will primarily be stored and processed in India and may have data protection laws that are different from those that apply in the country in which you are located. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.

2.          Type of Information Collected

2.1.       This Privacy Policy sets out the type of Information collected from the Users, including the nature of the Sensitive Personal Data/ Information (defined hereinafter), the purpose, means and modes of usage of such Information and how and to whom we shall disclose, share or transfer such Information. You may at any time withdraw your consent for collection and use of your Information including Personal Information (defined hereinafter) or Sensitive Personal Data/ Information. However, please note that if you withdraw your consent, we may no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding service for which you have withdrawn your consent. It is hereby clarified that your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of Information based on your previous consent prior to the withdrawal.

Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. We may track your buying behaviour, preferences, and other information that you choose to provide on our Platform. We use this information to do research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Platform or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Platform or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address. If you enrol into our loyalty program or participate in third party loyalty program offered by us, we will collect and store your personal information such as name, contact number, email address, communication address, date of birth, gender, zip code, lifestyle information, demographic and work details which is provided by you to us or a third-party business partner that operates platforms where you can earn loyalty points for purchase of goods and services, and/or also redeem them. We will also collect your information related to your transactions on Platform and such third-party business partner platforms. When such a third-party business partner collects your personal information directly from you, you will be governed by their privacy policies. We shall not be responsible for the third-party business partner’s privacy practices or the content of their privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information. If you set up an account or transact with us, we may seek some additional information, such as billing address, credit/debit card number and a credit/debit card expiration date and/ or other payment instrument details and tracking information from cheques or money orders to provide services, enable transactions or to refund for cancelled transactions. If you choose to post messages on our message boards, personalised messages, images, photos, gift card message box, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback/product review or if you use voice commands to shop on the Platform, we will collect that information you provide to us. Please note such messages posted by you will be in public domain and can be read by others as well, please exercise caution while posting such messages, personal details, photos and reviews. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, internal research and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. While you can browse some sections of our Platform without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order or consuming our online content or services or participating in any event) requires registration. We may use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders or preferences and your interests. If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from NR12 BRANDS seeking sensitive personal information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such information. We at NR12 Brands or our affiliate logistics partner do not at any time connect with you requesting for such information. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

3.          Use of Information Collected

We use personal information to provide the services you request. To the extent we use your personal information to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. We use your personal information to assist sellers and business partners in handling and fulfilling orders; enhancing customer experience; to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money; measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; conduct marketing research, analysis and surveys; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of information. We will ask for your permission to allow us access to your text messages (SMS), instant messages, contacts in your directory, camera, photo gallery, location and device information: (i) to send commercial communication regarding your orders or other products and services (ii) enhance your experience on the platform and provide you access to the products and services offered on the Platform by sellers, affiliates, partners or lending partners. You understand that your access to these products/services may be affected in the event permission is not provided to us. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about users' activity on our Platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We will occasionally ask you to complete surveys conducted either by us or through a third- party market research agency. 3.15.    The Platform transmits, collects, maintains, processes and use the location data and information to provide and improve the design, functionality, performance, and content of the Platform

4.          Cookies

We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Platform to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. Cookies do not contain any of your personal information. Notwithstanding the above, the User acknowledges that we reserve the right to share some of the aggregate findings, including the personal information provided by the Users in an unidentifiable, aggregate form, and not the specific data with advertisers, sponsors, investors, strategic partners, and others in order to help grow the business. 4.1.       The Platforms use temporary cookies to store certain data. We do not store Personal Information in the cookies. Information collected by us, by any means whatsoever, that does not personally identify the User as an individual (such as patterns of utilization described above) is exclusively owned by us and may be used by us and third-party service providers for technical administration of the Platforms, user administration, research, development, and other purposes.

4.2      You understand that you may set or amend your web browsers to delete or disable cookies. If you choose to disable cookies on your computer or mobile telecommunication device, it may impair, degrade or restrict access to certain areas of the Platforms.

4.3      We may allow other companies or entities to serve advertisements to you. These companies or entities include third party advertisement servers, advertisement agencies, advertisement technology vendors and research firms. We may target some advertisements to you that fit a certain general profile. We do not use Personal Information to target advertisements to you. In the course of serving advertisements or optimizing the services to its Users, we may allow authorised third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on the User’s browser.

4.4      You agree and understand that we do not exercise control over third party websites displayed as search results or links on the Platforms. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on the Users’ computer, collect data or solicit personal information from the Users, on which we have no control and shall not be held responsible or liable. We do not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such websites, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by us of such websites, the websites’ provider, or the information on the website.

4.5      We may keep records of telephone calls received from and made to Users for the purpose of administration of services, research and development, training, business intelligence, business development, or for User administration. We may share such telephone records with third parties when required by law or when required to provide or facilitate the User with the services.

4.6      You consent to our reproduction/publishing of all testimonials and reviews given by you on the Platforms in relation to the services or the Products. You agree that we may edit the testimonials and reviews provided by you and reproduce/publish such edited or paraphrased versions of the testimonials and reviews on the Platforms. 5            Disclosure and/or Sharing of Information Collected

5.1.    We may from time to time be required to disclose the Information collected from you to our trusted third-party service providers who assist us in order to facilitate the provision of certain services in relation to your purchase of Products on the Platforms. For instance, we may share your information with third party payment gateway provider to process your online transactions on the Platforms or with logistic service providers for delivery of the Products purchased on the Platform. By using the Platforms and/or purchasing Products on the Platform, you consent to our  disclosure of your Information with third party service providers in manner as mentioned in this Privacy Policy. We ensure that such third-party service providers are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations and/or use, maintain and follow generally accepted industry and security standards commensurate with the security standards set forth in this Privacy Policy with respect to such Information.

5.2.    The Information collected from you may be shared with our affiliates for seamless shopping experience on our Platforms. By continuing to use our Platform and purchase of Products and services offered by us on the Platforms, you hereby consent to share and store Information with our affiliates for the purposes of providing a seamless shopping experience and continued services. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of your Information.

5.3.    To the extent permitted under the applicable laws, we may also disclose your Information with external organization or individuals if we have reasons to believe that the access, use, preservation or disclosure of the Information is reasonably necessary to:

5.6.    We may also disclose or transfer your Information to any third party as a part of reorganization or a sale of the assets, division or transfer of a part or whole of us. We shall ensure that third party to which we transfer or sell our assets will have appropriate confidentiality and security measures, at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy, to handle your Information. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new entity's planned processing of your Information differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.

5.7.    A third-party payment gateway provider may be required to collect certain financial information from you including, but not restricted to, your credit/debit card number or your bank account details (collectively referred to as “Financial Information”). All Financial Information collected from the you by such third-party payment gateway providers will be used only for billing and payment processes. The Financial Information collected from you is transacted through secure digital platforms of approved payment gateways which are under encryption, thereby complying with reasonably expected technology standards. The verification of the Financial Information shall be accomplished only by you through a process of authentication in which we shall have no role to play and hence, we shall bear no liability in relation to the same. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of third-party payment gateway providers or any breach of conditions, representations and warranties given by them. We shall also not be obligated to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third-party payment gateway providers.

5.8.    While we take best efforts to ensure that your Information including Personal Information, Financial Information and Sensitive Personal Data/Information is duly protected by undertaking security measures prescribed under applicable laws, you are strongly advised to exercise reasonable discretion while providing Personal Information or Financial Information and Sensitive Personal Data/Information while using the services given that the Internet is susceptible to security breaches.

5.9.    The Information shared and stored may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, purchase history, preferences, saved addresses, phone numbers, payment information, and browsing behavior.

We may disclose and share Non-Personal Information to any such partner or third-party developers to improve their software, hardware and services designed for use with the Platform, we may also provide any such partner or third-party developer with a subset of diagnostic information that is relevant to that partner’s or developer’s software, hardware and/or services, as long as the diagnostic information is in a form that does not personally identify you.

6.          Use of Children Information

Use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18 years. If you have shared any personal information of children under the age of 18 years, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Platform. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this Platform and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. You have an option to opt-out from tracking of personalized advertising using the “Opt out of Ads Personalization” settings using your device’s settings application

11.      Data Deletion and Retention

You have an option to delete your account by visiting your Profile and Settings on your mobile application, this action would result in you losing all information related to your account. You can also write to us at the contact information provided below to assist you with these requests. By deleting your account, you will not be able to access your order history, your preferences, details of any pending orders, exchanges, return or refunds, coupons or benefits from loyalty programs. We may in event of any pending grievance, claims, pending shipments or any other services we may refuse or delay deletion of the account. Please note, that deletion of account will not be retroactive and will be in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, related Terms of Use and applicable laws. Once the account is deleted, you will lose access to the account., however you may To access the Platform again you would need to register as a new user on our Platform. We retain your personal data information for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse; to enable NR12 Brands to exercise its legal rights and/or defend against legal claims; or for other legitimate purposes.
